About Diet Voice
Expert-Led. Evidence-Based. Human.
Diet Voice exists to cut through health noise with guidance Nigerians can trust and actually follow: real food, real science, real change.

Our story
Built From One Recurring Problem.
Our team kept meeting the same person: someone who had read everything, tried several diets, and still had no idea what to eat on a Tuesday evening in Nigeria.
Diet Voice was founded to close that gap. Qualified nutrition advice, food grown on our own farm, and education that treats people as capable adults rather than patients to be lectured.
Today we work with individuals and families, with organisations looking after their staff, and with communities through our outreach programme.
What drives us
Mission, Vision and the Way We Work.
Our mission
To give every Nigerian household access to clear, evidence-based nutrition guidance and the real food that makes it possible.
Our vision
Healthier people and a brighter Nigeria, where good nutrition is ordinary rather than a luxury.
How we work
Evidence over trends. Plain language over jargon. Food people already know over imported substitutes. And honesty when the answer is that you do not need what we sell.
Our team
The People Behind Your Plan.
Qualified nutritionists, dietitians and wellness professionals who work together on every plan.
Nutritionists and dietitians
Degree-qualified practitioners who run assessments, write your plan and lead your reviews.
Clinical support
Health professionals who handle screenings and make sure our guidance sits safely alongside your medical treatment.
Food and farm team
The growers and food specialists who keep our produce clean, seasonal and close to the people who eat it.
Education and outreach
The team behind our workshops, corporate sessions and community programmes.
Community outreach
Good Nutrition Shouldn’t Depend on Income.
Alongside our paid services, we run free education in schools, churches, markets and community centres, covering the basics that prevent the most common diet-related conditions.
- Free nutrition talks for schools and community groups
- Screening days in partnership with local organisations
- Plain-language health materials in everyday Nigerian languages
- Seasonal produce donations to partner initiatives
